Lalamove is an on-demand delivery technology company, empowering users all around the world to make delivery fast and reliable.

Today, Lalamove operates in 14 markets across Asia, Latin America and EMEA. Our driver partners operate a vast array of vehicles to suit each market including lorries, vans and cars for deliveries of almost anything of any size. Fleets of two-wheel vehicles are also available for courier services providing fast and low-cost delivery solutions. Through dedicated mobile and web apps, Lalamove seamlessly connects users and drivers around the world to move things that matter.

We are currently looking for an outgoing, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Account Management team based in Manila. We want individuals who can help us achieve business targets by creating and maintaining professional relationships with business clients.

What you'll do:

1. Account Growth

  • Develop and execute account growth plans for assigned clients
  • Increase revenue and order volume through upselling, cross-selling, and service adoption
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Drive client utilization of Lalamove's products and solutions
  • Monitor client performance and provide recommendations to maximize logistics efficiency

2. Account Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions
  • Proactively identify and address risks that may lead to churn
  • Resolve client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
  • Develop retention strategies for at-risk accounts
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the account lifecycle

3. Portfolio Management

  • Manage a portfolio of business accounts across different segments
  • Prioritize accounts based on revenue potential, strategic importance, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Track account health and engagement metrics

What you'll need:

  • Account Management: Manage corporate accounts and ensure clients expectations are being met.
  • Sales Strategies: Align with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Communication skills: Provide and receive information effectively.

What we seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Corporate Account management functions from any industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and do fieldwork activities at times
