Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Metro Manila. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, drafting proposals, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client satisfaction. The role also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and aligning offerings with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and client retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management and collaboration
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and account management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management
- Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
