The Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and developing new business to managing and growing relationships with key enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be selling our portfolio of Data & AI solutions, requiring a blend of sales acumen and the ability to understand complex technical value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities within large and medium-sized enterprises in the Philippines.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, from end-users to C-level executives.
• Solution Selling: Understand client's business challenges and operational pains, and effectively map them to our Data/AI solutions.
• Sales Cycle Execution: Lead the entire sales process, including presentations, product trials, proposal drafting, and contract negotiation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our pre-sales engineers and technical teams to design compelling solutions and ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Data/AI space.
What We Look For (Requirements)
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales/business development experience in IT, Software, Cloud Services, or SaaS. Candidates with experience in data-related products are highly preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English is a MUST (both written and spoken), as you will be preparing proposals and engaging with international and local enterprise clients daily.
• Sales Skills: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and pipeline management.
• Technical Aptitude: A keen interest in technology. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts (e.g., data analytics, machine learning, automation) and communicate their business value in simple terms. Prior technical education (e.g., Computer Science, IT) is a significant plus.
• Personality: Self-starter, resilient, and highly motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
