About the Company

We are seeking a sharp, driven Enterprise Business Development Manager who possesses a strong background in hardcore outbound acquisition and enterprise sales, combined with the strategic capability to build and manage a high-value merchant pipeline. In this role, you will serve as the engine of our market expansion, owning the front-end sales cycle and ensuring the organization consistently breaks into net-new enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Lead Generation, Targeting & Pipeline Ownership
  • Outbound Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact outbound strategies to identify, target, and engage top-tier enterprise merchants and corporate clients.
  • Pipeline Governance: Build, strengthen, and manage enterprise sales channels, ensuring a healthy, high-velocity pipeline from cold outreach to final conversion.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain an immaculate, well-organized, and updated sales pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring total data integrity and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Consultative Selling & Executive Presentations
  • Client Consultation: Engage directly with potential merchants to diagnose their operational business pain points, introducing tailored e-commerce enablement and customer retention software solutions.
  • Executive Pitching: Conduct high-level in-person or virtual presentations of our software suite, confidently commanding the room and aligning digital products with client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and shifting market dynamics to continuously refine sales pitches and strategies.
  • Deal Structuring, Negotiation & Collaboration
  • Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and enterprise contracts to secure highly profitable, long-term legal agreements with clients.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure client feedback is integrated and onboarding expectations are met.
  • Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the Enterprise Sales Lead on sales results, pipeline health, and consolidated merchant feedback regarding ongoing product performance and software promotions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, corporate technology sales, or strategic client acquisition, with a demonstrable history of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
  • Acquisition Expertise: Strong, hands-on background in hardcore prospecting, enterprise deal closing, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related corporate field.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in tracking leads, deals, and sales activities using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Solid understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and software solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities (specifically for C-level executive updates), high resilience and adaptability when facing rejections, and the strategic thinking needed to spot market growth opportunities.
