The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll play an essential support role across key client accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly and the team is set up for success. Working closely with the Account Manager and Account Director across some of Amplify's biggest campaigns - keeping projects organised, clients happy, and the team one step ahead. From coordinating day-to-day comms to helping shape proposals and making sure every deadline is on track, you'll be that reliable, upbeat force behind the scenes who makes everything run smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager and Account Director during project kick-off, helping prepare agendas, documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Assist with day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination.
- Join weekly WIP meetings, taking notes, capturing actions, and helping keep internal teams aligned.
- Support the delivery of client briefs by gathering relevant information and coordinating internal teams to develop proposals.
- Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track across multiple projects.
- Assist with quoting, budget tracking, and financial admin under the guidance of the Account Manager/Director.
- Set up new projects in Notion, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow handovers.
- Support procurement processes, including raising PO requests, tracking invoices, and updating records.
- Manage internal administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations - status updates, meeting prep, documentation, file management
- Assist with client agreements by coordinating signatures, filing documents.
- Track creator preferences, campaign learnings, and historical client data to assist with talent alignment.
- Help monitor hours logged against SOWs and flag any discrepancies or risks to senior team members.
- Support weekly internal catch-ups, preparing agendas and helping ensure tasks progress as planned.
- Contribute to maintaining consistently high service standards across all accounts.
- Support the development of new business proposals and pitch decks, contributing to compelling presentations.
- Conduct thorough research to tailor pitches to prospective clients needs and objectives.
- Assist in preparing all necessary meeting materials and presentations for new business initiatives.
- Identify and communicate upselling opportunities within your managed accounts, contributing to revenue growth.
