Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients from various industries. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, attaining sales targets, presenting product solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless pre-sales and post-sales support.

Work Activities (Duties & Responsibilities):

• Consolidate leads through sales visits.
• Gather customer feedback to determine needs, requirements, specifications, and preferences.
• Maintain and organize customer relationships status via tracker
• Initiate contact with current or potential customers through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to build relationships, and promote products or services.
• Develop tailored proposals for current and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with technical team members to understand product specifications and translate it into local dialect during interactions.
• Represent the company and its products at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct engaging product presentations to showcase features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns raised by customers.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by team leaders.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Vocational, Polytechnic, or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 1-2 years work experience handling projects and coordinating within Industrial, Automation, or Engineering roles is an advantage
• Required Functional Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Other Requirements: Driver's License for car and/or motorcycle is a plus; must have familiarity with the local geography
• Languages: Should be proficient in English and Bisaya, with conversational fluency in Tagalog
