Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Iloilo for an Account Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. The Account Executive will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven skills in maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop strategies for growth and success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and basic knowledge of business management software is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in sales or account management preferred.
