We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead one of our key Japanese client accounts. In this role, you will shape full-funnel campaigns, manage senior client relationships, and inspire internal teams to deliver world-class creative and digital work that helps a prominent Japanese brand resonate deeply in the Philippine market.
What You'll Do:
- Client Partnership & Growth: Act as the senior lead for the account, building trusted relationships with local management and client stakeholders. Identify and drive new business scopes and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Strategic & Creative Leadership: Partner with Strategy and Creative Directors to develop impactful IMC campaigns that are culturally relevant to Filipino consumers while honoring the brand's global vision.
- Data-Driven Campaign Management: Oversee execution across ATL/BTL, digital, social, PR, and live commerce. Implement rigorous PDCA cycles to deliver data-driven, ROI-focused insights for our analytical clients.
- Team & Cultural Leadership: Mentor and lead Account Executives while acting as a strategic bridge between local Philippine teams, Japanese expat directors, and global counterparts.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 8+ years of account management experience in an advertising/creative agency environment.
- Campaign Expertise: Proven track record of leading major integrated brand campaigns and managing high-profile clients.
- Cultural Acumen: Strong understanding of Japanese business practices and corporate culture. (Proficiency in the Japanese language is a significant advantage!)
- Digital Savvy: Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, KOL management, and Live Selling/E-commerce ecosystems.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business growth (PDCA process).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
