ADA has built a creative agency business as part of its offering in the Philippines. This provides a unique service of data-based digital creative executed with AI and tech. This includes campaign and content creation, asset production, social media marketing (FB, IG, TikTok), and social commerce.
As we continue to scale into 2025, we seek an experienced Account Director to drive the creative operations business in Manila. Our primary focus is growing our creative business while ensuring creative process efficiency and high-quality deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity to join Asia's fastest-growing independent digital agency and play a pivotal role in driving business success.
Job Overview
This role will primarily focus on growing new businesses, with a secondary focus on managing existing accounts. You will drive growth by securing new clients and upselling or cross-selling ADA's existing clients. You will collaborate with the lead from Creative, Social, and other relevant departments to develop impactful digital marketing proposals.
You will also oversee and delegate the company's relationship with key clients, including guiding and mentoring the members of the client servicing team.
Experience Needed
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team leader with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, advertising, marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in advertising and marketing with excellent client and industry network
- Proven track record of driving business growth and maintaining client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (optional)
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing industry business, trends, and technologies
