Location

This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. Team members are expected to work onsite as required by their role, team, and business needs. Onsite schedules may vary and are subject to change.

 

Role Hours

The expected working hours for this position are typically from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Start times may vary between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM depending on business needs and operational requirements.

The Team

  • The Sales & Customer Experience team serves as the strategic heartbeat of our homeowner relationships, combining high-touch service with consultative sales expertise. We focus on guiding homeowners through their financial journey, expertly handling inquiries, application updates, and proactive outreach across phone, email, and digital channels. Our team operates with a blend of operational rigor and deep product knowledge, functioning as trusted advisors who not only resolve complex needs but also identify growth opportunities to drive successful conversions. We are a collaborative, fast-paced group committed to delivering a seamless, empathetic experience that fosters long-term client trust and operational excellence.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic Point of Contact: Serve as the primary, consultative engagement point for homeowners, ensuring a high-touch, seamless experience from initial inquiry through the application journey.
  • Consultative Education: Articulate Point's value proposition with expertise, educating homeowners on product benefits and pricing while proactively identifying opportunities to support their financial goals.
  • End-to-End Relationship Stewardship: Manage the full lifecycle of homeowner interactions, including resolving inquiries, managing underwriting requests, and providing clear, proactive application status updates.
  • Conversion-Focused Lead Management: Qualify and nurture leads, facilitating high-quality handoffs to Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions and maximized conversion rates.
  • Operational Excellence: Prioritize accessibility and responsiveness across all channels (phone, email, chat), maintaining a high volume of communication while upholding service standards.
  • Strategic Growth Contribution: Actively participate in pilot programs and cross-functional initiatives designed to optimize workflows and enhance customer conversion and retention.

 

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales, ideally within financial services or fintech.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in consultative communication, with a proven track record of articulating value propositions and driving conversion in client interactions.
  • Expertise in managing high-touch client relationships across multi-channel platforms (phone, email, chat) with a focus on delivering a premium, empathetic experience.
  • Proven capability to leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, G Suite, Slack) to manage complex workflows and maintain pipeline accuracy.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with an ability to navigate nuanced inquiries and resolve complex underwriting or application issues with professionalism.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success, consistently contributing energy, integrity, and strategic insights to departmental initiatives.
