GREENSTRuM Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Associate to support end-to-end account management within our growing electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure network.
In this role, you will handle client coordination, documentation, and operational support to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Client & Inquiry Management
- Monitor and respond to leads from dealers, events, and digital channels
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments with internal teams
- Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
Documentation & Processing
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Track and ensure timely submission and approval of documents
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist in accreditations, billing, and scheduling
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Engineering, Commercial)
- Ensure compliance with company processes and policies
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Experience in sales support, admin, or record management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Excel
- Team player with high accountability
