About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account & Sales Support professional to join a dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to Key Account Managers, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a positive, can-do attitude. You will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide account support for designated fulfillment customers across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Source products and obtain quotations from local and international suppliers.
  • Prepare customer presentations, quotations, and sales proposals.
  • Coordinate accepted orders through to production and delivery.
  • Support catalogue fulfillment customers with special promotions and stock initiatives.
  • Produce monthly client reports and maintain accurate account records.
  • Update and maintain online ordering platforms.
  • Process and manage daily customer orders.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and accountability.
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the promotional merchandise, corporate merchandise, or marketing products industry.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP or order management systems.
  • Experience preparing customer quotations, sourcing products, and coordinating with suppliers.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time

Work Set-up: Hybrid Arrangement (at least 10 days onsite work per month)
