About You & The Role

As an Account Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Bank's account monitoring and recovery efforts by preparing reports, maintaining accurate account records, and assisting in the management of loan accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their experience in credit, loans, and account administration within a dynamic banking environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and consolidate management and departmental reports to support business decisions.
• Monitor loan accounts, payments, and compliance with documentary and regulatory requirements.
• Perform loan administration and account monitoring functions.
• Assist Remedial Officers with data gathering, documentation, and implementation of loan settlement and restructuring proposals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports and account updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding account-related requirements and documentation.

What Success Looks Like

• Reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Loan accounts and related documents are monitored effectively and maintained properly.
• Account information is organized, current, and readily available for decision-making.
• Remedial Officers receive timely and reliable support in managing and resolving assigned accounts.
• Risks are identified early, helping maximize recovery and minimize potential losses.

Qualifications We Value

• Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical abilities.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
