Account Analyst

The Account Analyst is responsible for supporting the Bank's credit and loan portfolio management by ensuring the timely and accurate monitoring, reporting, and administration of borrowing accounts. The role involves preparing and consolidating past due reports for senior management and business units, coordinating with lending and booking units to maintain accurate account records, monitoring maturing loan obligations and client payments, and assisting in collection activities through follow-ups and preparation of reminder or demand letters when necessary. The Account Analyst also ensures compliance with credit and collateral requirements, including financial statement submissions, collateral appraisals, insurance policies, and other documentary requirements to support sound credit risk management and portfolio quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with various business units and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of banking operations, credit administration, loan processing, or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to report onsite in Makati.
