Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Administrator to join our support team. This role is responsible for managing invoice processing, handling specialized client services, and supporting back-end operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with internal systems and client-facing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to processing and billing.
  • Handle unit uploads and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Provide white-glove service to high-value clients, ensuring exceptional support and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain and update records using internal applications and tools.

Qualifications

Tools & Systems:

  • Internal Applications (proprietary systems)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Salesforce (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, billing, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with white-glove or high-touch clients.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
