Self Development
- Network Availability Management - Territory Target
- Supports YoY top down target of NTG by conducting on site restoration
- Ensures correct prioritization in resource allocation of own SKSK sites
- Manages requested spare resources allocated to SKSK sites
- Manages facility equipment and spares resource management of SKSK sites
- Level 1 engagement with TCO counterpart for restoration of incidents
- Project Supports YoY programs, strategies and ensures implementation in assigned SKSK sites to reduce network faults and vulnerabilities.
- Safekeeping and updating of SKSK site information such as Databases, shift, Network Topology, 2Mb plan, Site Address, etc.)
- Supports Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.
- Attends and practices mandatory management, soft skills and technical learning modules.
- Practices EDL (Everyday leadership) and SOUL Leadership principles.
