Roles and Responsibilities:- Ensures governance and coordinates with HO business units and field partners to support and sustain key organizational initiatives.
- Measures and analyzes business impact and benefits realization of local initiatives.
- Manage end to end governance of Academy systems & processes, committees, workstream & execution.
- Manage documentations, reports and data analysis for sales, recruitment, training, leader appointments, forecasts, etc.
- Provide feedback to HO based on field experience and integrate recommendations in the zone as necessary.
- Integrates project activities through identifying and managing resources and interdependencies to ensure projects are well coordinated.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Job Requirements:- Education -Bachelor's Degree in any business or management related course
- Experience -Minimum of 1 year experience in Data Science/Analytics, Data storytelling and/or Project Management
- Special skills -Knowledge and awareness of project management principles and processes, ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and of high quality, life insurance and agency knowledge preferred, stakeholder management and influencing skills, collaborative, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent facilitation skills, action and result oriented.
