Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Executive. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and providing tailored guidance on relevant courses and opportunities. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, assisting with career counseling, collaborating with educational teams to meet enrollment goals, and maintaining strong communication with students to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising skills
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening, verbal, and written communication
- Experience in the field of Education and knowledge of academic programs
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in using CRM tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms is a plus
