Our client in the BPO space is searching for a Lead who will manage talent pipelining, lead internship programs, and drive external affairs with the academe and LGUs. This is for Managers who are keen to holding an individual contributor role where you will serve as the face of the company in external partnerships supporting growth from Cebu into Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline by partnering with colleges and universities, training providers, and community networks.

  • Design, run, and improve the internship program, from campus outreach to onboarding and performance tracking.

  • Lead external affairs: manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and LGUs, including MOUs and joint programs.

  • Represent the company in academic and government engagements, career fairs, and campus events as the primary brand ambassador.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align pipelines, internships, and external partnerships with business growth plans.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5–8 years in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, or workforce development, with internship/trainee‑program experience.

  • Proven experience partnering with schools and/or LGUs; strong stakeholder and communication skills.

  • Comfortable with data, basic dashboards, and HR or ATS tools.
