As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Assists in performing a training needs analysis to determine the training requirements of our employees and recommends training topics to address the results of the analysis.
Assists in analyzing the data received from Human Capital and Performance Management Team and identifies which points can be addressed by training.
Assists in the research of the content of training and recommends activities that support the objectives of a training.
Accomplishes and completes the Training Request Form at most two (2) weeks prior to the training date.
Ensures that training materials are complete and ready on the day of training.
Prepares the logistics needed during training as the Training Producer e.g. creation of the training invite and attend codes, reservation of the training room and equipment, plans the seating arrangement etc and informs involved stakeholders way before the training date.
Attends to the concerns raised by the Lead Instructor, participant and the Immediate Manager and ensures that they are addressed immediately.
Conducts training as a Co-Instructor.
Acts as Content Curator by aggregating the most useful information into one location and organizes it so it can easily be found.
Maintains information and learning assets so that they remain relevant and up to date.
Assists in the assessing the effectiveness of the training content and execution and recommends steps to address weak points.
Identifies pain points in various processes and recommends solutions.
Prepares and assists in the information needed for monthly reports.
Gathers the required information and prepares the monthly reports
Submits the monthly reports on or before the agreed timeline.
Ensures completion of training records in Vantage.
Updates the EI Dashboard on a weekly basis to keep the information relevant and current.
Provides administrative support for tasks related to maintenance of training materials in Team .
Performs other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the TD Managers.
