Partner with the business to gain a deep understanding of their business needs. Formulate and recommend recruitment strategies that will support the achievement of these needs
Sources potential candidates with the use of traditional and/or non-traditional recruitment channels
Conducts initial assessment of candidates based on predetermined standards
Helps drive end to end recruitment process to ensure staffing needs are met
Ensure that reports and databases of the teams is updated on a real time basis
Prepares job offer and endorses identified hires to Onboarding team
Use data and analytics to shape strategy and make informed recruitment decisions
Understand top talent in the market, and able to attract and hold their attention to build candidate pipeline
Acts as a brand ambassador in various company events to engage candidates
Provide operational support to Talent Acquisition Supervisor
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the role of Recruitment
Preferably with experience in volume hiring
With in-depth knowledge on candidate selection methods
Excellent understanding of
Knowledgeable in sourcing strategies, HR systems, and reporting (Analyst)
Experienced in various sourcing strategies, HR systems, and reporting (Sr. Analyst)
