Job Description

In this role, you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities, representing their point of view in meetings and decisions, and anticipating their future needs. The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Operations and Strategy team you will support the development and scaling of the Future of Work Strategy through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while securing project success and maintaining top standards. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence organizational decision-making and cultivate a collaborative community through innovative workforce foresight methodologies.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, foresight methodologies, or business intelligence functions supporting executive leadership
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Workforce Strategy, Economics, Organizational Development
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent foresight-related certifications preferred
  • Demonstrating success in managing client needs
  • Analyzing workforce analytics and foresight methodologies
  • Coordinating complex workforce intelligence initiatives
  • Leading cross-functional projects with data integration
  • Designing and implementing learning programs for foresight
  • Creating training resources and workshops for knowledge sharing
  • Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
