The Opportunity

As part of the RCMS team you will supervise a team of AR callers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals. As a Senior Associate, you will conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance evaluations to drive accountability and continuous improvement. This role allows you to foster a positive and collaborative work environment while overseeing the accounts receivable process and enhancing team performance.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
