As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Add, update and maintain the staff bookings in the work allocation tool (TalentLink)

  • Perform profile data updates such as local industry, management levels, diary group, etc.

  • Create and update dummy profiles in TalentLink

  • Generate availability and utilization reports and translate the data to required reporting format

  • Review and rectify variances of utilization between TalentLink and provided dashboard in PowerBI

  • Conduct cleansing/data hygiene of incorrect and outdated booking information (e.g. booking types, resource status and allocated hours) on a regular basis

  • Perform other general resource management related tasks such as graduate intakes, skill search, allocation of inventory checking.

  • Perform self-review of all deliverables.

  • Work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects.

  • Must be able to work with tight deadlines

Essential Requirements:

  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of the following applications consistent with Firm's standards:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven experience as a resource manager, allocator or other relevant resource management support experience.

  • Demonstrate some abilities and/or proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
