Key Responsibilities:
Add, update and maintain the staff bookings in the work allocation tool (TalentLink)
Perform profile data updates such as local industry, management levels, diary group, etc.
Create and update dummy profiles in TalentLink
Generate availability and utilization reports and translate the data to required reporting format
Review and rectify variances of utilization between TalentLink and provided dashboard in PowerBI
Conduct cleansing/data hygiene of incorrect and outdated booking information (e.g. booking types, resource status and allocated hours) on a regular basis
Perform other general resource management related tasks such as graduate intakes, skill search, allocation of inventory checking.
Perform self-review of all deliverables.
Work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects.
Must be able to work with tight deadlines

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as a resource manager, allocator or other relevant resource management support experience.
Demonstrate some abilities and/or proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs:
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
