As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and Input Data - collate and maintain a wide array of data related to business processes and reporting.
Analyse Information - takes an active role in data analysis and interpretation. Exercise sound judgement while analysing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and benefit to end users.
Generate Reports and Dashboards - prepare reports and develop dashboards in order to provide meaningful insights to relevant stakeholders.
Assist the Deployment Reporting Lead in creating a robust Annual Capacity Plan in order to address resourcing demand from different user territories and lines of services.
Collaborate with Line of Service Leaders to gather information and understand reporting requirements while developing enhanced data and reporting tools.
Adopt a Digital Mindset - Participate in training or any developmental activities and utilise available digital tools. Analyse data needs of the Deployment function and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Perform bespoke or ad hoc reporting requests.
Essential Requirements:
At least 3 years relevant work experience in the role of workforce management and/or management information reporting with demonstrated skills as above
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across all levels in the organization
Preferred Skills:
Knowledgeable in creating Dashboards using PowerBI, Google Data Studio, and other reporting automation tools will be an advantage
Creation and maintenance of capacity plans
Demonstrate some abilities and/or proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs:
