A career within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You'll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.

Our Risk and Compliance Generalist - Client Services team helps clients assess, design and develop solutions to manage diverse risks. You'll help clients develop a consistent, coordinated, and sustainable strategy.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Train and lead staff
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts QMSE Self Assessment testing for Assurance in collaboration with xAC

  • Manage QMSE Self Assessment testing for Tax, Advisory and IFS

  • Performs periodic monitoring for a sample of work requests

  • Identifies areas for recommendations based on the results of the periodic monitoring

  • Prepares QMSE reports and other QMSE documentation

Essential Requirements:

  • With minimum three (3) years relevant working experience, preferably from audit

  • CPA

  • Basic communication skills and ability to comprehend instructions

  • Business Acumen and can interact with other departments

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data

  • Leadership skills

  • Technological savvy

  • Ability to perform effective root cause analysis and recommend valuable suggestions

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree - Accounting
