As part of the Managed Services team you will manage and enhance Linux operating systems to support our clients needs. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams, providing a unique opportunity for personal growth and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining Linux server environments
- Support troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery processes
- Engage in research to stay updated on industry trends and technologies
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Participate in project tasks to develop technical skills and knowledge
- Uphold professional standards and compliance with company policies
- Foster positive relationships with clients and team members
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on Linux administration in a production environment
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with public cloud platforms preferred
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring stacks preferred
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance preferred
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- Experience with BMC TrueSight Server Automation preferred
- Experience with BMC Helix Automation Center preferred
- Experience with Jira Data Center preferred
