The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Talent and Development team you will oversee the governance and delivery of PwC's Chartered Accountants program, compliance and top-quality experiences for candidates. As a Manager, you will act as the central point of accountability, managing relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and enhance program performance through strategic oversight and collaboration.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • 7 years of program management, learning governance, accreditation management, or regulated operations experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
