As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Onboarding :
Uphold onboarding standards/compliance by working with relevant HR stakeholders related to onboarding tasks to drive and manage the onboarding process
Liaise with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of Firm and/or LoS business requirements and learning objectives to support the onboarding programs
Establish the required process improvement and change management protocols
Serve as a focal point of contact for onboarding inquiries and the escalate issues as needed to HR stakeholders to maximize response time, execution quality, and the new joiner experience
Contribute, where appropriate, to the identification of program effectiveness and efficiency and related measurement metrics execute against effectiveness measurement metrics
Design, deliver and manage orientation program to ensure the new joiners are receiving a good onboarding experience.
Communicate and driving onboarding strategy and ongoing change management
Manage the new joiner portals, websites, and other platforms in content as well as responses to new joiner inquiries
Proactively identify and recommend best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement
Represent AC Manila at Global level and actively participate in on-boarding.
HCM Systems:
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
Understanding how HC systems and future enhancements support both the Firm's strategic priorities
Iterative thinker with demonstrated experience leading teams who are solving problems with creativity while utilizing both positive and negative testing skills
Experience aggregating various data points/sets to determine root cause or to design processes that benefit multiple stakeholders/multiple systems cohesively
Acting as the liaison between the business users, the product/system owners, and Information Technology (IT), and other groups to integrate, enhance (build or remodel integrations, business processes, conditional rules, etc) and implement new systems and provide recommended solutions
Identifying opportunities for process refinement or recreation, empathize with process stakeholders, conduct effective brainstorming and managing creative problem solvers
Fostering positive working relationships across a large organization, leading discussions and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
Presenting information/insight to all levels within the organization in both written and spoken methods of communication
Participating in quarterly roadmap reviews & status reporting with key stakeholders, adjusting action plans & resources based on meeting outcomes.
Specializing in HC Workday Human Capital Management module functionality, including understanding of possibilities and limitations within the technology including prior experience monitoring or designing integrations between Workday and other vendor SaaS systems
Implementing new HC technology processes and systems, while also maintaining/enhancing existing systems to provide a cohesive end user experience
Navigating the technology landscape and bringing out the most applicable aspects for consideration
Understanding and keeping current with the external HC technologies, as well as subject matter specialization on existing HC technology tools
Understanding business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements, and innovative thought leadership in the creation of solutions
Developing, communicating and overseeing implementation of action plans
Utilizing tech resources in innovative ways that yields tangible and intangible benefits
Leveraging project management tools and methodologies as well as auditing skills to test completeness or find errors
Leading projects with the ability to work with/and influence stakeholders and leadership
Managing multiple workstreams within a team as well as direct reports by determining and managing team activity workflow, job priorities and resources
Working independently and leading functional teams in delivery of day-to-day operation, as well as remaining focused on execution of strategic priorities
Providing strategic direction to the team to execute work while encouraging the team to develop innovative solutions
Leading and developing teams in a wide variety of areas including teaming, interpersonal skills, communication, stakeholder management, relationship building and business knowledge.
Possessing self-motivation and contributing individually as well as part of the HC and shared services leadership team and,
Sharing and collaborating within our teams, keeping peers & leadership well informed of issues & progress, as well as escalating problems to leadership as appropriate.
Essential Requirements:
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in Human Resources Operations
Strong working knowledge and experience in using HR Systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow)
Confidence working with senior leaders ability to provide insights on the ground to gain alignment on strategic priorities, yet able to challenge whilst maintaining a strong and constructive relationship.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to audiences at various levels of the organization
Ability to influence and develop partnerships both internally and externally
Strong organizational and analytical skills, proficient in using data as a basis to drive discussions, propose change and decision-making
