You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace.

Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programs including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programs support.

The Human Capital (HC) Operations Analyst will be responsible for onboarding, HC systems management, employee data management, and compliance.

  • Uphold onboarding standards/compliance by working with relevant HR stakeholders related to onboarding tasks to drive and manage the onboarding process which includes but is not limited to Paper Screening of the curriculum vitae and background investigation report of candidates prior work experiences duties and responsibilities (if applicable).

  • Support the HC Manager and Supervisor in liaising with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of Firm and/or LoS business requirements and learning objectives to support the onboarding programs

  • Contribute to the establishment of required process improvement and change management protocols

  • Address onboarding inquiries and the escalate issues as needed to HR stakeholders to maximize response time, execution quality, and the new joiner experience

  • Contribute, where appropriate, to the identification of program effectiveness and efficiency and related measurement metrics execute against effectiveness measurement metrics

  • Assist in facilitating/delivering orientation programs to ensure the new joiners are receiving a good onboarding experience.

  • Champion onboarding strategies in-place and support ongoing change management

  • Manage the new joiner portals, websites, and other platforms in content as well as responses to new joiner inquiries

  • Proactively identify and recommend best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Bachelor level degree educated preferable in a field related to Human Resources of equivalent

  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in the role of HR Systems

  • Knowledgeable in onboarding processes

  • Records management experience

  • Background in using HR Systems is an advantage

  • Effective organizational, administrative and planning skills

  • Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of a team

  • Strong client orientation

  • Ability to perform multiple complex tasks

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required:

Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor Degree - Human Resource Management
