This role will provide multimedia support to transform the client's content into attractive graphics, allowing them to effectively reach their target audience and elicit the response they desire. The Document Design Center (DDC) team works with clients to meet their needs and then utilizes advanced skill and industry-leading software to create tangible outcomes while adhering to PwC's brand and culture.

The Supervisor is required to understand the service delivery model and the suite of services provided by the DDC team of Associates, Analysts and Senior Analysts working under them. This includes taking ownership of tasks assigned by the Operations Managers, reviewing the work accomplished by the staff.

The Supervisor is required to understand how workflow is managed within AC Manila's workflow management tool and monitor that results of work performed are documented in an optimal and required manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with DDC stakeholders on a regular basis to understand delivery timetables and client service expectations.

  • Point of contact for DDC stakeholders for updates, issues and escalations.

  • Understand and maintain working knowledge of PwC and related brands including design and formatting requirements to effectively coach staff and resolve issues arising in delivery of service.

  • Perform quality reviews of work performed by staff and drive quality services in accordance with the service process guidelines and client requirements.

  • Raise relevant review points and conduct technical discussions to facilitate a continuously learning environment for the team.

  • Present ideas and suggestions on how to improve work processes.

  • Manage performance of staff and address disciplinary/performance issues with follow through actions and development plans.

  • Lead and demonstrate effective communication skills during client calls/meetings and proactively raise challenges if any.

  • Assign work based on the team's availability and capacity.

  • Monitor the team's workload, evaluate forecasts against capacity and communicate resource requirements when appropriate.

  • Establish effective working relationships with peers and DDC clients.

  • Demonstrate ability to lead and display ownership of projects or initiatives.

  • Communicates team's challenges and provides suggestions/action plans to address concerns.

  • Participate in strategy building and implementation and other developmental opportunities for the team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Supervisor (4-5 years) relevant experience

  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability and confidence in working and communicating with professionals of all levels.

  • Strong experience on multimedia design and client services.

  • Must exhibit People Management skills.

  • Superior working knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), G-Suite (Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Sheet and Google Drawing objects), Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and After Effect sand in video shooting and editing animation preferred.

  • Solid understanding of standard image and video formats.

  • Proven experience as a team leader:

    • supervising team

    • seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation

    • participating in various staff and retention activities

    • coaching staff including providing timely meaningful feedback

  • Ability to understand complex business scenarios and offer effective solutions, including negotiation.

  • Demonstrate extensive ability and/or proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
