  • Responsible for the delivery of TS services. This will include aspects relating to volumes, timeliness and quality and other service level indicators.

  • In collaboration with the Advisory Leader and PwC Global Deals Architecture (GDA) team, support the PwC AC Manila in terms of coordinating quality and process improvement efforts across TS client engagements and ensure our TS teams are adhering to predetermined processes and quality parameters as per GDA Operating Manual.

  • Interact with the TS - Associate Director and Advisory Leader to assist in the development and successful implementation of the overall business strategy for TS especially in the Private Equity vertical. This will be critically important in terms of new services onboarded, demand planning with user territories and ensuring demand outlook is in line with our capacity planning and service capabilities.

  • Maintain and strengthen existing user territory business relationships and establish business relationships with new user territories. This includes communicating the Center's business value proposition, alignment with user territory and Deals - TS business objectives, and ensuring that user territory issues and concerns are addressed in the Center's delivery of quality and effectiveness capabilities for the business.

  • Establish and build our TS team's service capability across the different verticals.

  • With support from the Deals Operations team and the TS Supervisors/Managers, monitor and coordinate resource utilization and capacity planning, and knowledge and change management.

  • Assist in the execution of TS engagements according to the defined approach and methodology alongside the PwC Europe TS engagement teams, analyze financial statements and identify trends/financial insights of target companies.

Quality and excellence

  • Collaborate with the Deals - TS Partners and Directors in PwC Europe user territories and GDA to identify opportunities for new or expanded services (demand) in Private Equity and other verticals. Oversee the development and implementation of such services in a manner that emphasizes quality and customer value.

  • In collaboration with the GDA and PwC AC Manila's Quality & Compliance (Q&C) teams, undertake responsibility for Quality Reviews that the PwC AC Manila is subject to as a Network Member Firm as they relate to the service delivery aspect of the business.

  • Oversee and maintain the Quality Management Service Excellence (QMSE) for TS as it relates to service delivery. Ensure that periodic review and testing are undertaken and that improvements where required are implemented.

  • Facilitate the implementation of any process improvement programs.

People

  • Develop a robust L&D program to upskill our TS team (capability matrix).

  • Contribute technical knowledge in the area of TS - FDD specialism.

  • Contribute to the career development growth of the TS team members.

  • Is the advocate of continuous quality and performance improvement.

  • Responsible for monitoring TS team's performance management and reporting metrics.

  • Responsible for all direct reports including their coaching, performance evaluation, and the restructuring of TS pods and roles as necessary.
