The Client Account Executive (CAE) role provides support to the Assurance delivery teams in AC Manila, specifically in managing their resources via a work allocation tool (TalentLink/Dayshape). This person is also instrumental in ensuring team compliance with territory requirements and adherence of staff to policies set by the firm.

The role is required to understand the service delivery model and the suite of services provided by the delivery team. This includes taking ownership of tasks assigned by the Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities: ​

  • Will work with the assigned sub-groups in monitoring compliance with Territory risk and regulatory requirements (e-learns, pff completion, drcc, qcc, VDI, etc)

  • Escalate themes/concerns of the delivery team to Operations Manager and / or Sector Leader, as needed

  • Assist in the implementation of best practices within the sector.

  • Implement business initiatives including prompt corrective action plans for teams with below threshold performance and productivity.

  • Take action on issues which prevent teams from working effectively.

  • Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to understand delivery timetables and client service expectations.

  • Assist in assigning work based on the team's availability and capacity, which may include contributing to sustainable utilization of delivery team resources across the AC.

  • Identify, present, and suggest areas for process automation specifically in areas relating to project management

Essential Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Senior Analyst (2-4 years)

  • Must possess a superior working knowledge of the following applications consistent with Firm's standards:

    • MS Office applications, particularly Powerpoint and Word

    • Google Suite applications, particularly Slide and Doc

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Exhibit competency in doing project managements and / or project coordination

  • Proven experience as a team leader:

    • Supervising team

    • Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation

    • Participating in various staff and retention activities

    • Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful feedback

  • Demonstrate extensive ability and/or proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong ability in working effectively and communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management

  • Understanding of audit concept
