As an Executive Assistant, your role is greatly important to providing high quality administrative support to overseas stakeholders. This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to build relationships and expand your network, increase your skills and embrace technology to enhance your role. Your impact will be seen by supporting multiple Partners with their client engagements while working remotely.

As an Executive Assistant you will be required to:

  • Build strong relationships with PwC Australia Partners, client delivery teams and the national PwC Australia EA network

  • Harness your organizational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses, timesheets and billing management

  • Proactively plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, conferences and travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts

  • Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails and reports that convey valuable information and reflect our firm's brand

  • Embrace new technologies and supporting your Partners and teams with adoption

  • Take initiative, actively demonstrate proactive behaviours and take ownership of your own growth and development.

  • Embrace change and be agile, flexible, adaptable and resilient.

Skills for Success:

  • The ability to provide a high level of support to a group of Partners

  • The ability to quickly adapt to new technology

  • Work with your Partners to ensure client deliverables are met, including assisting with monthly client billing, WIP analysis, formatting of engagement letters & proposals etc

  • Maintain client contact information, including client feedback through Salesforce

  • The ability to work autonomously and remain resilient

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Be an integral part of the wider EA community both in Manila and Australia

  • Embrace and promote change in line with the Firm's vision and strategy

Requirements:

You have a background in executive support for senior leadership and are tech savvy with strong skills in both Google and MS Office suites. You have exceptional client relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters. You hold strong business acumen with the ability to make sound judgment and quick decisions.

You are collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • A minimum of 5 years Executive Assistant experience in a professional services, or corporate industry

  • With relevant background on events management

  • Proactive self-starter

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Proficient in Google suite application

  • Project Management skills would be an advantage

  • Multi-tasker with strong work ethic

  • Media and tech savvy

  • Presentation and hosting skills

  • Networking

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required:

Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor Degree - Business Administration/Management
