Key Responsibilities:
Perform and deliver high quality output to the clients in accordance with the service process guidelines and client requirements.
Assists the clients with ad hoc work requests.
Manages deadlines and projects effectively.
Demonstrates effective communication skills to help clients address their concerns and challenges.
Establish effective working relationships with peers and clients.
Proactively raises concerns and challenges to the relevant Team Leads.
Participate in training and other developmental opportunities.
Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who understands personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, invest in team building, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
Essential Requirements:
Associate: 0 - 1 year relevant experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience dealing with administrative work, recording, reporting, data analysis and monitoring.
Exposure to any record keeping system.
Ability to identify risk in business processes.
Strong independent decision-making ability and comfort with issue spotting.
Strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge on G Suite and MS Office.
Other Capabilities:
Ability to understand complex business scenarios and offer effective solutions, including negotiation.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a high pressure deals environment.
Be able to demonstrate resilience and manage conflicts. positively.
Critical thinking and analysis.
