As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the development and implementation of dependable backend solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive project success while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within your team.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Java backend development or full stack development
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Proven leadership in software development environments
- Demonstrating knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Skilled in database technologies such as SQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on AWS, Azure, or GCP offerings
- Obtaining and maintaining relevant cloud certifications
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
