Job Description & Summary

As our Event and Production Analyst, your role is greatly important to the success of PwC AC Manila's Talent Engagement programs/ initiatives as you will take charge of each project's end-to end execution. This role will provide you an excellent training ground to develop your event and project management, creativity and people skills. You will have numerous opportunities to build your network, increase your influence and forge partnership and collaboration with equally talented individuals like you.

Your role is to ensure seamless events implementation in support of the centre's over-all talent engagements strategy. Your role will require expertise in vendor management, attention to detail and time management skills.

1. Be a champion for employee engagement by helping promote our activities, programs and events.

2.Perform legwork of overall event production - this is the implementation and oversight of on-site, off-site and hybrid events.

  • Keep track of the schedule of events and prepare ahead the logistics and admin requirements

  • Prepare permits and clearances

  • Prepare program and event sequence

  • Lead the technical and production setup (e.g., sound system, lights, cameras, etc.)

  • Assist in doing technical run-throughs with the hosts, project leads and management committee

  • Ensure the seamless execution and flow of operations from ingress to egress

  • Discuss the results (green and red flags) of execution to the concerned parties

  • Coordinate with vendors the requirements needed for each event

3. Prepare program and event sequence

4. Prepare reports, inventory, feedback, as needed and engage in basic client management

5. Conduct ocular inspection of potential venues

6. Prepare trip itineraries (domestic and international)

7. Processing of payments

Essential Requirements:

  • College degree in Communications, Arts and other similar disciplines

  • With relevant background on events management

  • Good in written and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Proficient in Google suite application

  • Project Management skills would be an advantage

  • Audio and video tech troubleshooting knowledge

  • Content writingMulti-tasker with strong work ethic

  • Media and tech savvy

  • Presentation and hosting skills

  • Networking

Other Capabilities:

  • Ability to understand complex business scenarios and offer effective solutions, including negotiation

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent understanding of customer service with a strong sense on client focus

  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and flexible to work outside office hours, if required

  • Amenable to work on-site
