A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Office Services team is responsible for managing the well being of our office environment as well as responding to office requests from PwC partners and staff to help keep the office running smoothly.

The AC Manila's Admin Analyst will be one of the key drivers of our Workplace Experience. As he/she practices his/her expertise in coordination, she/he will build relationships with other units that will collectively address issues and challenges by promoting collaboration, cost efficiency and optimization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to tickets and service requests received for admin

  • Procurement of housekeeping, pantry and office supplies

  • Maintain inventory of admin and pantry supplies

  • Coordinate with vendors and other units of Corporate Services to ensure availability of required resources as and when necessary, ie trainings, town halls and other events

  • Prepare travel arrangements (domestic and international)

  • Visitor experience

  • Prepare reports and presentations

  • Liaising with third party providers. ie. hotels, restaurants, telco vendors

  • Maintain vendor database

  • Work closely with Facilities to optimize housekeeping and smooth running of the offices

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

  • Good in written and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Proficient in Google and M365 suite applications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent understanding of customer service with a strong sense on client focus

  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and flexible to work outside office hours, if required

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required:

Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor Degree - Office Management
