ABA Talent Pipeline Recruiter
Tellos Remote
Tellos is a fast-growing, mission-driven platform helping BCBAs build independent practices and deliver high-quality in-home ABA care.
As we grow across multiple states, our ability to serve families depends on having strong therapist pipelines ready before demand spikes.
We're looking for a recruiter who is especially strong at proactive sourcing and pipeline building someone who enjoys finding great clinicians early and keeping them engaged until the timing is right.
What You'll Do
Pipeline & Talent Sourcing
Proactively source RBT and BCBA candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, licensing directories, school networks, and outbound outreach.
Build warm, organized talent pools in both moderate and hard-to-fill markets so cases can be staffed quickly.
Candidate Engagement & Experience
Reach out to candidates with thoughtful, human communication.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep strong candidates interested and moving forward.
Screening & Coordination
Conduct initial qualification screens and partner closely with the recruiting and clinical teams to match candidates with real case needs (schedule, location, client profile).
Market Awareness
Continuously monitor pipeline strength by geography and hiring difficulty.
Recommend new sourcing strategies when pipelines slow or demand shifts.
Recruiting Visibility & Tracking
Maintain accurate pipeline trackers and simple dashboards showing sourcing activity, candidate stages, and time-to-hire signals.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years recruiting or sourcing experience (healthcare, education, therapy, or high-volume service hiring preferred)
- Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort initiating candidate conversations
- Clear, professional written communication and follow-through
- High ownership mindset in a fast-moving remote environment
- Ability to adapt quickly as hiring priorities shift
ABA recruiting experience is a plus, but sourcing instinct, persistence, and judgment matter most.
