Job Scope
- Process and execute mutual fund subscription, redemption, and switch transactions accurately and within established timelines.
- Monitor and follow up on pending transactions with relevant counterparties to ensure timely confirmation of fund valuations and transaction status.
- Communicate transaction updates and confirmations to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with settlement teams to facilitate the accurate booking and completion of transactions.
- Monitor transactions for unusual activity and escalate exceptions in accordance with internal procedures.
- Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding operational aspects of mutual funds, including settlement timelines, valuation dates, subscription requirements, redemption terms, and other fund-related information.
- Perform reconciliations of outstanding transactions and investigate discrepancies where required.
- Review and understand the operational requirements of newly launched investment funds and support their implementation.
- Liaise with custodians, fund houses, and other external parties for fund onboarding and maintenance activities.
- Maintain and update records relating to fund distribution agreements and operational documentation.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and risk controls

- No Experience required/ prefer with Bank Experience
- Salary: $3,500-$4,500
