3PL Fleet Coordinator (Laguna, Bulacan, Pasig)

The 3PL Coordinator Associate is responsible for sourcing and accrediting subcontracted 3pl truckers (3PLs) to support operational requirements while ensuring compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and safety policies. The role manages the end-to-end accreditation process, conducts on-site audits, evaluates trucker eligibility, and maintains a reliable pool of partners to meet business demands. It also serves as the liaison with truckers, facilitates orientations and meetings, monitors fleet performance and utilization, ensures closure of compliance actions, and prepares operational reports to support planning and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of any four-year course with at least six (6) months of relevant work experience. They are computer literate with good communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate is flexible, hardworking, and results-oriented, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset while thriving in a team environment.
