Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled 3D and Motion Creative Specialist to bring stories to life through dynamic visuals and immersive animations. You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renders, animations, and motion graphics for a range of digital platforms. If you have a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and cutting-edge design trends, wed love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop graphic, 3D, and multimedia assets for web pages, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging 3D models, animations, and motion graphics for use across digital platforms, including product showcases, explainer videos, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually compelling static and motion designs.
- Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar to produce high-quality visual content.
- Produce and edit video content including motion graphics, 3D elements, animations, and short-form videos to enhance brand storytelling.
- Maintain and organize a digital asset library, including 3D models, textures, and motion templates to streamline future creative workflows.
- Stay updated with trends in design, motion, and 3D technologies to ensure innovative and modern visual output.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Developers to ensure multimedia elements integrate seamlessly with campaigns and digital experiences.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency, technical accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines across all multimedia deliverables.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Please note that your duties and responsibilities may be subject to change depending on the evolving needs and priorities of the Company.
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience in graphic, 3D, and motion design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing work in graphic design, animation, motion graphics, and 3D visualizations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Strong creative abilities with a sharp eye for composition, movement, color, and detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proactive and organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
Office-Based WorkPrimarily office-based with regular presence at the assigned office; involves collaboration with internal teams and use of computer-based systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and perform computer-based tasks for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- For field roles: ability to travel within assigned operational areas
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, or move between work locations depending on job responsibilities
