3D Motion Graphic Design

The 3D Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality 3D visuals and motion graphics for digital campaigns, commercials, social media, product launches, and branded content. This role involves close collaboration with designers, producers, and marketers to bring ideas to life through visually compelling animations that effectively communicate and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and animates 3D motion graphics for video content, digital media, and interactive platforms
• Creates and textures 3D models, environments, and visual effects
• Integrates 3D elements with 2D design assets into a cohesive visual style
• Collaborates with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize motion solutions
• Manages multiple projects from concept through execution while meeting deadlines
• Optimizes assets for performance and platform-specific requirements
• Stays up to date with industry trends, tools, and visual techniques

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in 3D motion graphics or animation
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender
• Experience with rendering engines like Redshift, Octane, or Arnold
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Blender
• Solid understanding of lighting, texturing, rigging, and camera animation
• A strong portfolio showcasing 3D motion design across various media
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
