Role Description The 3D Designer internship is a hybrid role based in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the creative team by developing 3D assets for campaigns, including models, animations, and visual elements for digital and physical marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining 3D designs, setting up lighting and camera angles, collaborating with graphic designers and animators, and preparing files for production or client presentation. The role also involves interpreting briefs, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and exposure to real client projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for marketing, advertising, or multimedia projects.
• Ability to create engaging Animation and motion elements that enhance visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Lighting setups for 3D scenes to achieve realistic or stylized visual outcomes.
• Foundational Graphic Design skills for integrating 3D assets into layouts and digital content.
• Familiarity with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design work.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or training in Multimedia Arts, Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
