3D BIM (MEPF) / Team Leader

Description:

As the 3D BIM MEPF Team Leader at One Zone, your primary responsibility is to oversee the production of 3D CAD drawings in compliance with the directives of Engineers and Directors. You will manage and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing drawings according to One Zone Quality Assurance procedures, ensuring the appropriate formatting of CADD drawings for individual project-specific requirements. Effective communication and coordination with One Zone personnel and directors, both locally and internationally, are essential aspects of this role. You will also attend meetings and employ computer software as necessary to facilitate your tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. 3D CAD Drawing Production: Lead the production of 3D CAD drawings, adhering to the specifications provided by Engineers and Directors.
2. Drawing Record Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing drawings, following One Zone's Quality Assurance procedures.
3. Customized CADD Setup: Ensure that CADD drawings are configured to accommodate the specific requirements of individual projects.
4. Liaison and Communication: Collaborate with One Zone personnel and Directors, both locally in the Philippines and internationally, to facilitate seamless project coordination.
5. Computer Utilization: Utilize computer software and tools necessary for the effective execution of your duties.
6. Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings to provide insights and updates related to the MEPF BIM projects.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate. A degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
2. Relevant Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience with Revit MEP. Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in MEP Engineering or an equivalent field.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Revit and AECOsim is required. Knowledge of software such as Dynamo and Naviswork Manage is an advantage.
4. MEP/HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with MEP/HVAC systems is advantageous.
5. Language Skills: A good understanding and usage of written and verbal English is essential for effective communication.
6. Position Level: The level of this position will depend on the number of years of relevant experience.
7. Work Location: This is a full-time position based at the Design Office in Clark Zone, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
