Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist with expertise in real estate photo editing to elevate the visual appeal of properties through expert photo editing and virtual staging.
About the Job
Key Duties:
- Edit and enhance real estate photos to improve brightness, contrast, clarity, and overall aesthetics
- Remove unwanted objects, adjust sky replacements, and refine interiors to ensure professional-quality images
- Perform virtual staging by digitally adding furniture, dcor, and other elements to vacant property photos, ensuring realistic and high-quality results (preferred but not required)
- Utilize AI editing tools to streamline workflow and improve efficiency in photo enhancement and virtual staging
- Collaborate with the marketing and real estate teams to ensure images align with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI-driven photo editing and digital staging techniques
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, Photo Editor, or similar role in the real estate industry
- Experience with virtual staging and software such as 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Corona or similar
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools
- An eye for detail and composition, with the ability to maintain a natural and realistic look in images
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in an office work environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Background in graphic design, visual arts, or photography is preferred
- Experience working with real estate agents, photographers, or marketing agencies is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate photo editing skills (with virtual staging examples)
