CreativeBlox Design Studio is a multidisciplinary creative studio based in Panabo City, specializing in product development, packaging design, 3D visualization, Amazon and e-commerce content, photography, video production, illustration, web design, and digital marketing.

We work with consumer brands, manufacturers, startups, and established companies to bring products from early concepts through visualization, packaging, marketing, and launch.

Our team combines design, 3D, photography, video, and digital production under one roof, allowing us to create cohesive visual systems for retail, Amazon, e-commerce, advertising, and product development.

CreativeBlox operates as a collaborative studio where designers, 3D artists, illustrators, photographers, project managers, and other specialists work together on a wide range of consumer-product projects.

Role Description

CreativeBlox Design Studio is looking for a full-time, on-site 3D Artist to join our team in Panabo City.

The 3D Artist will primarily create high-quality product models and photorealistic renders for consumer products, toys, packaging, Amazon listings, e-commerce imagery, advertising, product presentations, and client concept development.

The role requires a strong understanding of modeling, materials, lighting, composition, and rendering. You will frequently work from product photographs, sketches, CAD files, packaging artwork, reference images, and client specifications to create accurate and visually compelling product imagery.

You will work closely with our graphic designers, industrial designers, illustrators, photographers, and project managers to ensure that 3D assets accurately represent the product while supporting the overall visual direction of each project.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models of consumer products, toys, packaging, accessories, and related objects.

• Produce high-quality photorealistic and stylized product renders.

• Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, and studio environments.

• Create multiple product angles, exploded views, close-ups, lifestyle compositions, and presentation renders.

• Work from sketches, photographs, reference materials, CAD files, dimensions, dielines, and client specifications.

• Integrate packaging graphics, labels, decals, textures, and printed artwork into 3D models.

• Prepare 3D assets for Amazon listings, e-commerce imagery, advertising, packaging presentations, product development, and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual quality.

• Make revisions based on internal creative direction and client feedback.

• Maintain organized project files, models, textures, materials, and render assets.

• Help improve the studio's 3D workflows, asset libraries, rendering standards, and production efficiency.

• Support animation, product demonstrations, or motion projects when required.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Blender.

• Strong 3D modeling skills, particularly for consumer products and hard-surface objects.

• Good understanding of topology, UV mapping, materials, texturing, lighting, cameras, and rendering.

• Ability to create realistic product materials such as plastic, wood, metal, glass, fabric, silicone, paper, and printed packaging.

• Strong attention to proportion, scale, construction details, and product accuracy.

• Good understanding of lighting and composition for commercial product visualization.

• Ability to interpret sketches, photographs, dimensions, CAD references, and packaging artwork.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to receive and respond to creative direction.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong 3D modeling and rendering work.

• Ability to work full-time on-site at our studio in Panabo City.

Education

A degree in 3D animation, multimedia arts, industrial design, graphic design, architecture, engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required.

We place greater importance on portfolio quality, technical ability, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to produce professional commercial work.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not simply interested in making attractive renders.

The ideal candidate understands that commercial 3D work must accurately represent a real product, support the design process, communicate features clearly, and ultimately help our clients sell or develop their products.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving studio environment where projects can range from toys and packaging to household products, consumer goods, Amazon listings, prototypes, and new product concepts.
