3 Months Temp Admin Executive, Finance Department - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duration: 3 months

Hourly Rate: $15.50

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Job Scope:

. Support the Accounts Payable (AP) team in day-to-day operations.

. Support the Vendor Invoice Management System (VIMS) project.

. Assist with BAU Accounts Payable activities.

. Support the implementation and transition of the VIMS project

Requirements

- Candidates with GCE O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, A Level or Diploma are welcome to apply

- Relevant administrative or accounts payable experience is an advantage
