Operate a 10-wheeler truck in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with traffic
laws and company policies.
- Transport goods to designated locations following assigned routes and delivery
schedules.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Report mechanical issues, accidents, or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
- Ensure all required documents (delivery receipts, trip tickets, permits, licenses) are
complete and accurate.
- Comply with company safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel regarding loading and delivery
instructions.
- Observe fuel efficiency and proper vehicle handling practices.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code 3 or equivalent).
- At least 23 years of experience driving 10-wheeler or heavy-duty trucks.
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Familiar with traffic rules, road safety standards, and delivery routes.
- Physically fit and willing to work extended hours when required.
