Payment & Terms

• $10 USD per hour

• Bi-weekly direct deposit to your bank account

• Earn up to $300+ USD per week depending on your scheduled hours

Role Requirements

• Background: A qualified teacher.

• Dual-subject mastery: Confident and capable of teaching both English and Mathematics across elementary to high school levels (K–12).

• High-demand specialization: Prior experience working with special educational needs or neurodivergent students (e.g., ADHD, dyslexia, ASD) is strongly preferred.

• Availability: Available during peak U.S. after-school hours (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday). Weekend availability is also preferred.

Note: This should be 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM PHT, Tuesday-Saturday.

• Weekly commitment: At least 20 hours per week, with an intended commitment of at least 18 months.

• Communication: Fully fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.

• Technical setup: Reliable high-speed internet, functional computer/laptop, and a clear headset.
